Museum of History Budapest

Budapest I.ker., Szent György tér 2. Budavári Palota

The Hungarian capital city decided on creating its own museum in Aquincum in 1887. Since then Budapest’s Roman age forbear remembrances are still present there. But the Budapest Story Museum is working in other buildings too: in the Buda Royal Palace, where the excavated ruins of the  middle age palace and city history exhibitions can be found too, and in the Kiscelli Museum where besides the city history remembrances of the past 300 years, fine arts collections are present as well.

Baroque Hall

It is a 400 square metre hall, which in case of a seated reception is appropriate to host 250-280 people. In case of a standing reception this number is at most 350. The hall is not climatised
